AI agents are quickly becoming the first responders on the most sophisticated [SecOps](https://www.sumologic.com/glossary/secops) and [DevOps](https://www.sumologic.com/glossary/devops) teams, pulling threads on a threat or making sense of a flood of telemetry before a human even logs in. But most AI pricing hasn’t caught up. Token-based models leave you burning through usage with no visibility into what’s driving the cost, while per-seat caps ration access like AI is still a nice-to-have instead of core to how your team operates.

We think that’s the wrong model for AI that’s actually doing the work. So we’re introducing [DojoAI Credits](https://www.sumologic.com/pricing): a predictable, shared pool that scales with your team, with full visibility into what you’re using and the value it delivers.

## From daily limits to shared monthly capacity

Previously, DojoAI usage relied on individual daily prompt caps per user. While this set basic boundaries, it created friction during high-stress operational moments when on-call engineers or tier-2 analysts needed to dive deep into a major outage.

With DojoAI Credits, we are replacing individual daily ceilings with a single, organization-wide monthly credit pool:

- **Unrestricted user access:** Your credit pool is shared across your entire organization, with no per-user caps. Everyone on your team gets access to AI assistance whenever they need it.
- **Flexibility during major incidents:** Power users can flex usage during critical events. If an incident demands running dozens of investigations or prompts in a single day, your team can operate freely without hitting arbitrary daily user lockouts.
- **Uninterrupted operational continuity:** If your team exceeds its monthly credit allocation during a high-activity month, your AI tools don’t shut off in the middle of an investigation. Automated alerts notify your team at 80%, 90%, and 100% consumption so you always have total visibility, while your agents remain active to support your team.
- **Predictable budgeting:** Operating within a transparent monthly credit pool eliminates unexpected token surprises, giving IT and SecOps leadership total budget certainty.

## One pool for an expanding AI ecosystem

DojoAI Credits are designed to support your team as our platform evolves. Instead of managing separate point SKUs for every new agent or feature, your single DojoAI Credit pool draws down based on defined burn rates for the specific tasks your team runs, such as Mobot prompts or SOC Analyst Agent Investigated Insights.

As we continue to expand our agentic AI ecosystem—including our upcoming [Root Cause Agent](https://www.sumologic.com/blog/root-cause-agent-agentic-approach-to-observability) for automated observability alert investigations—you can seamlessly reallocate or expand your DojoAI Credit pool to cover new capabilities.

## How to get started

The DojoAI Credit model is available now for all customer organizations. Customers can continue to access daily free Mobot prompts for ad-hoc troubleshooting, or upgrade to a shared DojoAI Credit pool to unlock team-wide, uncapped agentic investigations.

To learn more about sizing a credit pool tailored to your team’s user base and incident volume, reach out to your Sumo Logic account team or [request a demo](https://www.sumologic.com/request-demo).
