Configure metrics collection

• Collect CloudWatch Metrics with namespace AWS/DataLifecycleManager using the AWS Kinesis Firehose for Metrics source. For AWS/DataLifecycleManager metrics and dimensions, refer to Amazon Data Lifecycle Manager CloudWatch metrics.
