Mark Ties is the CEO of Sumo Logic, with over 20 years of executive experience in financial leadership and operational transformation. He is passionate about building scalable technology businesses to enhance value creation efforts for shareholders, employees, and customers.
Before joining Sumo Logic, Mark was a Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC). Prior to FPC, Mark was the CEO of Perforce Software, where he led the transformation from a $50M single-product company to a $600M+ multiproduct global software business. During his tenure at Perforce, Mark was recognized as a 2020 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Region Award winner. Prior to Perforce, Mark served as the CFO & COO of HelpSystems (now Fortra Software), where he helped drive business growth from ~$50M to ~$200M in revenues.
Mark currently serves as the executive chairman of Perforce as well as on the boards of BlackDuck, Sumo Logic, and Blancco. Mark holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota – Mankato and is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). Based primarily in Scottsdale, AZ, Mark also enjoys spending summers in Wayzata, MN.

Chris DeBiase is the Chief Financial Officer at Sumo Logic, bringing over 15 years of finance experience with private equity-backed technology companies. He leads the strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, and accounting functions.
Before joining Sumo Logic, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at Quest Software. Prior to Quest, he held CFO positions at several technology companies, including Aspect Software, Vertafore, Saba Software, and Corel. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in Equity Research as a Vice President at both Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.
Chris holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and is based in Colorado.

As the Senior Vice President of Growth, Lyndsey is responsible for our velocity growth strategy. With her extensive background in strategic and operational marketing, she is passionate about enhancing the ability of sales and marketing organizations to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion through effective go-to-market strategies.
With over two decades of experience in marketing, brand management, and product-led growth, Lyndsey's background includes her recent role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Accolade, Inc., where over the years, she served as a leader in the Demand, Operations, Communications, and Brand functions. Her career spans key positions at GitHub, New Relic, Avalara, and SAP Concur, showcasing her expertise in digital marketing, growth, brand management, and demand generation.
Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master's in Teaching with a specialization in Secondary Education, both from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her 5-year-old daughter at the park, gardening, swimming, and traveling.

Nello Franco is the Chief Customer Officer at Sumo Logic. As CCO, he is responsible for delivering the value we promise to customers. He oversees several customer-facing teams, including customer success, professional services, customer support, training and documentation, and renewals, with the primary objective of ensuring that customers maximize the value of their investment in Sumo Logic.
Nello has held executive leadership roles in customer success, services, and support for over 25 years, where his teams have delivered revenue retention and growth by ensuring customers are achieving their business outcomes. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Nello was Chief Customer Officer of Onfido, an AI-based ID and Identity verification solution, through its acquisition by and integration with Entrust Corp. Prior to Onfido and Enteust, Nello was part of the value creation group at Vista Equity Partners as Managing Director, Customer Operations working with portfolio companies to improve their customer engagement and performance. He was also the SVP of Customer Success at Talend, where he led all customer-facing functions from growth stage through IPO to a public company as its revenue grew 6x in seven years. Earlier in Nello's career, he worked as a manager at KPMG, co-founded a boutique systems integration firm, and led services teams in software companies.
Nello is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and has a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. In addition to looking for insights from data, his passions and interests are soccer, kamado grilling, and aviation.

As Chief Operating Officer, Stewart leads our IT, security, sales operations, business insights and analytics, and facilities organizations. Stewart has been leading finance and operations teams for public and private technology companies for more than 25 years.
Stewart joined Sumo Logic from Delphix, a leader in DevOps software, where he served as CFO. In addition, Stewart previously spent 8 years as CFO at ArcSight, the first generation SIEM leader. He also serves on the audit committee and board for Anomali and was previously audit committee chair for Ruckus Wireless. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked at KPMG and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the past 25 years with his wife and three children and loves to travel but considers Vermont his true home.

Todd Hanna is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Sumo Logic. In his role, Todd is responsible for leading the company’s global legal organization, managing all legal affairs, directing the corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, real estate and compliance functions, and acting as a strategic partner to the board of directors, executive leadership team and all business units. Todd is passionate about modernizing the legal function to generate efficiency and enhance both internal client and external customer experiences.
Todd has more than two decades of experience leading, maturing and scaling legal organizations of B2B technology companies. Todd has held legal leadership roles at Akibia, VCE (a former Dell/EMC federation company), and Sovos Compliance. Most recently, Todd was Senior Operating Advisor & Legal Counsel of Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), the consulting team of Francisco Partners, a leading private equity firm, focused on portfolio company law department management and process improvement as well as serving as interim general counsel of numerous FP portfolio companies.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University. Todd lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two kids and is an avid Boston sports fan.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sophie is responsible for our global people strategy and operations, from developing and retaining world-class talent, fostering a deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equality, and ensuring we deliver engaging and career-defining experiences for our people.
Sophie has almost 30 years of experience in the technology sector, starting with a decade at Accenture where she was a developer and client-facing consultant. Her passion for enabling people to thrive and excel took her to people-focused roles throughout her career, at large public companies and high-growth startups where she led people strategies that focused on employee opportunity, impact, and growth. She has a deep commitment to culture, operational maturity, and core values that enable organizations to be both stewards of employee success and business-focused performance. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Sophie was senior vice president of people at PagerDuty, where she successfully helped the company scale from a start-up to a global, high-performing SaaS business, primed for success in the public markets. Sophie has also held global executive and management roles at Mercury Interactive, Juniper Square, Nimsoft, and Salesforce.com. Sophie holds a joint honors B.A. in Politics and History from the University of York in the United Kingdom. Sophie enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking and hanging out with her husband, five sons, and three dogs.

Keith is the Chief Development Officer for Sumo Logic, where he is responsible for leading all aspects of our full software delivery lifecycle, from product management, architecture, development, user experience, product operations and SRE. He focuses on delivering immense customer value through simplicity and technical innovation within our products. With more than 25 years of product strategy and global technology leadership, a core focus of leadership is building and managing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization, ensuring quality and efficiency in our processes, and leveraging data-driven decision making to optimize our overall strategy. Keith is passionate about delivering exceptional products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and solidify Sumo Logic’s position as a leader in the industry.
Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Keith held executive leadership roles at Automox, Shopify, SolarWinds, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and HP Inc., leading globally distributed teams that deliver value through products that delighted customers and partners.
Keith has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University. In his spare time, he enjoys making memories with his family.

Russell Rosa is the Chief Revenue Officer for Sumo Logic. He is responsible for leading the global sales organization including the partner and sales enablement teams, to drive revenue in one of the fastest-growing markets in the technology space. Russell’s expertise lies in building and empowering high-performing and collaborative teams that deliver value to customers and partners, and is passionate about creating positive customer outcomes to help them achieve their business goals.
With over 25 years of sales and channel leadership experience, Rosa has developed a strong expertise in cybersecurity and cloud solutions. Prior to taking on the Chief Revenue Officer role, he was Sumo Logic’s Senior Vice President of America Sales where he led the enterprise and public sector sales teams across North America, Canada and Latin America. He has also held enterprise sales leadership roles at Cisco, Actifio, and VCE, a joint venture between VMware, Cisco and EMC.
Russell has a BSBA and an MBA from Suffolk University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and is a die-hard Boston sports fan.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Sumo Logic, Liz Shulof is responsible for our global brand and marketing strategy. She is passionate about amplifying Sumo Logic as a leader in the security and observability markets, and collaborating with our customers, partners, and employees to create an exceptional brand experience.
Liz brings more than two decades of developing and managing strategic and marketing initiatives for B2B technology companies. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at BeyondTrust, where she led the global Marketing and Sales Development strategy and programs. Prior to BeyondTrust, Liz served as Vice President at Greenough Communications, where she managed public relations programs for various technology companies, including Quest Software, Numara Software, and IGEL Technology. Previously, she spent more than five years in strategy and technology consulting with Accenture. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
