Root Cause Agent extends the proven power of DojoAI’s autonomous investigation capabilities from security to observability with the workflow integrations, context, and governance controls customers need to operate AI at scale. It works as a teammate to Sumo Logic’s SOC Analyst Agent, helping SecOps and SRE teams collaborate through a single shared case file with plain-language findings, a clear verdict, and a clickable query for every piece of evidence. This significantly increases the mean time to resolution (MTTR) that customers are already realizing with DojoAI agents.
