Sumo Logic Academy offers comprehensive training programs, to help our users grow their understanding and skills to maximize the value of their investment in the Sumo Logic SaaS Log Analytics Platform. Our courses are developed by our in-house Instructional Designers working in close collaboration with Sumo product teams to ensure subject matter expertise, optimal content quality, and delivery methods.

ingested data into actionable security insights. Through hands-on practice, you’ll learn how to conduct threat investigations, write and fine-tune detection rules, and create custom insights.
Metrics
Build on your foundational skills with this course focused on metrics analysis in Sumo Logic. Learn to perform deeper analysis using metrics, quickly identify critical events, and create dashboards and alerts to efficiently monitor your Sumo Logic environment and ensure timely insights.
Each certification requires completion of respective Self-Paced or Instructor-Led courses.
Minimum six months hands-on product experience is strongly encouraged prior to certification exam enrollment.
Exams are administered online through Kryterion and are timed with a live proctor. Each attempt requires a new voucher, and retakes can be taken 48 hours after the previous attempt.
Certifications are valid for two years.
Upon passing the exam, a digital credential (Credly badge) will be issued. This is ready for showcasing across social media, your resume and anywhere else you wish!
