Paris Georgallis
Chief Customer Officer
Paris Georgallis is the Chief Customer Officer for Sumo Logic where he leads a world-class customer success, support, professional services and education organization, and is responsible for driving cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value, and experiences.
A veteran technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience, Paris has a proven track record in driving significant business growth and innovation across multiple technologies and industries. He most recently came from Sysdig where he built, scaled and led the customer success, support and professional services teams. Under his leadership, Sysdig’s customer engineering organization became an integral component of the customer lifecycle.
Prior to Sysdig, Paris scaled the customer success organization at AppDynamics and the professional services organization at Databricks. He has deep experience across IT, Cloud, IaaS/PaaS, SaaS, APM, Big Data, ML/AI, and Security and has held customer leadership roles at Citibank, Merk, Pepsi, Lumen, EMC and RMS Moody’s, where he has grown customer-facing organizations across the globe. Paris holds a dual major bachelor’s degree in Information Studies and Geography from Syracuse University.
